New Advisory Board Member

Dr. Ray Vaughn joins the SAWAN Foundation advisory board.  Dr. Vaughn brings to the Foundation in diverse background of educational and industrial experience.  Dr. Vaughn recently retired as Vice President of Research at the University of Alabama, Huntsville, AL.  Dr. Vaughn managed over 100 million dollar university research budget of NASA, military, NSF and many other diverse national programs.
